Lucie Phillips

Lucie Phillips, an Illinois resident, has maintained a studio in Evanston for the past 12 years and just recently joined Treetop Studio in Winnetka.  Lucie continuously explores and develops varying styles of landscape, still life, and the figure. She is regularly commissioned for portraits and home renderings in a variety of media. In addition to commissioned pieces, Lucie has developed a gift line of fanciful watercolors that have been reproduced and are the perfect gift or addition to a young child's room (see Whimseymoon).

WHIMSEYMOON: You may choose from eight original watercolor reproductions. Each is a warm expression of the special joy a newborn brings to the family. Whimsical in nature, they are representative of the different seasons of the year and may coordinate with a child's birthday. Each finished piece measures 12"x15". The child's name and birthdate are hand-lettered with gold metallic ink on the mat. Framed, ready to hang, a Whimseymoon design is the perfect gift for a friend, relative or your very own newborn!
