Lucie Phillips

Lucie Phillips, an Illinois resident, has maintained a studio in Evanston for the past 12 years and just recently joined Treetop Studio in Winnetka.  Lucie continuously explores and develops varying styles of landscape, still life, and the figure. She is regularly commissioned for portraits and home renderings in a variety of media.
